After our aircon stopped working in the middle of a heatwave - you can imagine how booked up they must have been. Matt so kindly agreed to help us early the next morning. Dan arrived with his team at 8am and worked outside up high ladders in the heat for over two hours and found the fault and fixed it. Dan explained to me how it all works and that I should not keep it on the lower setting of 16 which I was and to keep it from 21 to 23. I learnt a lot from him. The price was very fair, they didn't try to talk me into a new one... I would highly recommend this very honest and very professional company. Thank you so much.
